Southside Uniting Church has welcomed new migrants, refugees and asylum seekers since 1978.
Church members assist in many ways; financial support, assisting with English classes, driving lessons and supporting new people to access the agencies and requirements to enable them to settle in our region. Also assisting in events such as Fiesta la Peel, the multicultural street festival
Members are also active on support groups, such as; Multicultural Tamworth Inc, Northern Settlements Services.
