Support Circles

Our support circles have been formed as a way of helping us keep connected.

The groups are planned to share in caring, encouraging, support and social activities as a means of forming deep and meaningful relationships.

We encourage everyone to embrace the purpose of these groups and try to enter into the life of the group. We do not have designated “leaders” ( although we do have contact people ) as our aim is for everyone to feel an equal part of the group.

The Support Circles also participate in worship. All are encouraged to take part in worship planning. This can be a very meaningful time of working through Bible readings and sharing life experiences as the theme of the service becomes clear.

As well as participating in the actual service with Welcome & Announcements, Bible readings, Prayers, the group members welcome at the door and provide morning tea.

It is our hope that these support circles provide a network of caring over the whole congregation.

We encourage all to be part of a group
